Problem Statement: How can Globus create a unique experience with its brand image and various departments.

Background: Globus was founded in 1907 in Zürich, and now has stores in all major Swiss cities. The chain sells mostly upscale goods, including clothingcosmeticsjewelry and household supplies. The stores are noted for their extensive delicatessen section, called Globus Delicatessa, and their former mascot, Globi, the comic books about whom have been a fixture in the childhood of many Swiss.. 

Methodology: Customer Journey Mapping, Persona Creation, Focus Group, Trend Analysis, Brand-Driven Innovation Framework, Service Design Blueprinting, Value Mapping, Perceptual Mapping, Written Scenario, Video Visualisation, Semi-structured Interviews, Focus Groups, Experience Design.

Outcome: Every Saturday evening, Globus would organise an exclusive event for their best customers. A young Designer is invited to present their products. Globus would favour art student or freshly graduated designer. There would be different kind of designer such as product designers, fashion desi- gners, painters, ceramists to generate the different kind of interest Globus’ customers might have.During the event the customers can touch, try, ask for informations about the products but there would not be any purchase at that time.The event is the exhibition of the designer’s work. The products can be purchased on Globus website.
